Minutes of the 3rd Quarter SACMARC Meeting
                                  14 Sept 2007
                    Wendy's Restaurant, Galvin Rd, Bellevue, NE

1. The meeting was callled to order by the President, KB0ZZT, at 1910 CDT on Friday, 
        14 September 07.  Present at the meeting were: George Bellairs-KB0ZZT, 
        Joan Bellairs-KC0DTK, Frank Taylor-AA0ZP, Andrew Dandridge - KC0BDX, John Sheffield 
        - N4OWG and Bill Venter - KG0AR.  A quorum was present.

2. The Treasurer's report was approved as presented. There was no change from the 
        previous report.  There were no outstanding bills or debts and all obligations
	had been paid.
 
3. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.  

4. There were no additional officer reports.

5. An additional five new members have been added since last year.  They are AC0DQ, K2ASE,
	W0HXL, NB0B, and N5TEY (Family). Changes to the membership roster reflecting new and
	expiring membership(s) have been made.  The board determined that enough members are
	also members of ARRL for the organization to become an affiliated club. 

6. Publicity notices concerning the Veterans Day Special Event operations will be sent to 
        QST, CQ, and World Radio magazines.  Text of the notices should be near identical to 
        the ones published last year.  Only paid-up members of SACMARC, with approval of the
        Trustees, will be allowed to operate the special event call-signs during the event.
        Those operating using a club call (K0AIR or K0GRL) should request a copy of the 
	license for use during the event.

7. Operators expressing a desire to operate using the club calls on Veterans Day are:
	Ken Lemke - AC0DQ  from his home
