Minutes of the 4th Quarter SACMARC Meeting
                                  15 December 2006
                    Wendy's Restaurant, Galvin Rd, Bellevue, NE

1. The meeting was callled to order by the President, N0RG, at 1918 CST on Friday, 
        15 Dec 07.  Present at the meeting were: George Bellairs-KB0ZZT, 
        Joan Bellairs-KC0DTK, Frank Taylor-AA0ZP, John Sheffield-N4OWG, 
        Roy Gertig-N0RG, and Bill Venter-KG0AR.

2. John (N4OWG) presented the Treasurer's report.  The report was approved as 
        presented (attachment 1).  John also provided a SACMARC Database (attachment 2).
        Copies were given to each of those present.  Request the E-Mail addresses
        on the membership list be included on the SACMARC Group E-Mail address.

3. Minutes of the 3rd Quarter meeting were approved.  

4. The Veterans Day Special Event was a resounding success, and all QSLs received 
        to date have been answered.  Membership applications were included in the 
        envelopes along with the K0AIR and K0GRL QSL cards and one new membership 
        application has been received.

5. The Nonprofit Corporation Biennial Report to the State of Nebraska will be due in 
        January (must be submitted by 1 April).  This report reflects current officers
        of the organization.

6. Minor (typographical) corrections were made to the Articles of Incorporation and more 
        extensive changes were made to the By-Laws.  The changes were approved following 
        review by the members in attendance.

7. A call for election of officers for the coming year was made following an approved 
        motion to close nominations.  All nominated personnel were elected.  The results 
        of the election are: 
                 President - George Bellairs - KB0ZZT
                 Vice-President - Andrew Dandridge - KC0BDX
                 Secretary - Frank Taylor - AA0ZP
                 Treasurer - John Sheffield - N4OWG
                 Property Manager - Joan Bellairs - KC0DTK.  

8. Dates for meetings to be held in 2007 are as follows:  16 March, 15 June, 21 September,
        and 21 December.  Unless otherwise changed, all meetings will be held at the 
        Galvin Road location of Wendy's in Bellevue.

9. Approval was made to conduct another Veterans Day Special Event in November 2007.  The 
        members present approved a stipulation that only paid-up members of the organization
        be allowed to operate the special event call-signs during the event.

10. The president adjourned the meeting at 1951 CST.
