    Dick,

I wonder if you might forward to the rest of us as well, the original
message from Rick, N6CY. If he has specific questions I will try to answer
    them.

    Rick,

There will probably be a bunch of us at Wendy's tonight (Friday) as well.
There are usually 10 - 16 hams that meet for coffee starting around 7:30 PM.
We would be happy to have you join us.

    Hi Rick,
There hasen't been an amateur station (Mars station) on Offutt for years.
We have activated K0AIR (former SAC MARS call) and K0GRL (Gen LeMays old
call) from our home stations, for Special Event operating on Veterans Day,
    etc.

I have cc all of SACMARC on this reply. There are several members in the
Bellevue area and hopefully you can meet them. Quite a few have lunch every
day at a Wendy's near the base. I live 15 miles North in the Benson area of
    Omaha.

I am the past President of SACMARC (2004 & 2005) and hope some of the guy's
in Bellevue/Papillion will email you with details of times and location at
Wendy's. Hopefully you can meet some of these members and have a good
    eyeball Qso

Welcome to Nebraska and enjoy your brief TDY stay.

                73,
                    Dick W0HXL
