    According to the QRZ callbook, W0CAP is owned by Kenneth Knox in
    Leavenworth, KS. WA0CAP is not in the callbook (QRZ updates daily).
    The only CAP stations with CAP-suffixed calls seem to be W4CAP (in North
    Carolina), WY4CAP (in Wyoming), and K2CAP (in New York). Other CAP
    stations are KB1LNL, KC2NGZ, and KB1BTW.

    If you find out anything more definitive, please let us know, and we'll
    pass it along to the SACMARC mailing list.
