    Minutes of the 4th Quarter Meeting of SACMARC
    The President opened the meeting at 7:30 PM on 7 Dec, 2005, at the Bellevue, NE Wendy's on Galvin Road. Present were: W0HXL- Dick Newsome, President

                                              AA0ZP- Frank Taylor, Secretary
                                              KB0ZZT- George Bellairs, Property Manager
                                              N0RG - Roy Gertig, Trustee K0AIR
                                              KE0XQ - Bill McCollum
                                              KC0BDX - Andrew Dandridge
                                              WA0FIP - Allan Anderson
    After introductions, the president related information concerning an article on Gen Lemay being prepared by a CBS news reporter. The reporter is still gathering information and is now also interested in HAM-RADIO! Good job, Dick.

    The vice-president had nothing to report.

    The treasurer's report for the period 1/1/2005 thru 12/7/2005 follows:
        Expenses: Post Office Box Rental 1 Year $38.00
                           Corporate Filing Fee 2 Years 20.00
                           Account Activity 10.00
                                                               Total: $68.00
        Assets: Cash/Checks on hand $ 18.50
                           Checking Account 225.85
                                                                Total: $244.35
                           Treasurer's Activity Money - 15.00

    The secretary will complete QSL cards for the Veteran's Day activity of K0GRLand K0AIR.
    The president asked for nominations for club offices for 2006. All officers volunteered to serve again. The president and vice-president, according to the by-laws, can not serve a third consecutive term, so Dick will run for vice-president and Roy will run for president. Frank moved to approve the slate by acclaimation and George seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously.

    The president thanked everyone for their support and efforts for the past year and wished all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, after which he adjourned the meeting at 8:35PM.
