Royal Printing now charges $220 per thousand cards. Previously it was
about $150, but that was about 7 years ago. I will check with them to
see if they have our existing design still on-file. I will report back
    when I know further.

The most significant part of the delay to order them will be waiting
until they have 10 (I think) orders to fill up their press sheet. They do
commercial work on a full-size press and the ham owner provides
(relatively) inexpensive color QSL printing by batching them on a proof
sheet many designs at a time.
