    This is just a reminder that our SACMARC Quarterly Meeting is tonight,
    Tuesday, March 14th, at 7:30 PM (second Tuesday of March, June, and
    September).

    Let's meet at Wendy's on Galvin Road in Bellevue at 7:30 PM. Our agenda
    is as follows:

    Approval of June, 1999 Meeting Minutes

    Officer's Reports:

    Secretary (including status of current club roster and membership count)

    Treasurer (accounts, motion for club approval of P.O. Box renewal
               reimbursement)

    Newsletter

    Courtesy

    Event Committee (see Old Business below)

    Old Business:

    - Armed Forces Day at SAC Museum (Saturday, May 20th)

    Planning and recruitment kick-off

    - USAF QSO Party at SAC Museum (Saturday and Sunday, September 16th and 17th)

    Brief update, including presentation of sketches or plans for display
    material

    New Business:

    If anyone has any other items, please let me know, or bring them up at
    the meeting.
