It's in the legal notices section of the September 8th, 1999 Bellevue
Leader, and reads as follows:
Notice of Incorporation

Air Force through amateur radio by a variety of lawful means. The

corporation became a body corporate on the 25th day of August, 1999, and
shall have perpetual existence. The affairs of the corporation are to
be conducted by a board of directors, the number of directors as
provided in the articles of incorporation and the bylaws. The officers
shall be president, or or more vice presidents, secretary and

(Note that there is an errata in the actual notice. The sentence that
reads "or or more vice-presidents" should really be "one or more
vice-presidents." I don't have my letter in front of me, so I'm not
sure if that's their error, or a literal transcription of mine. I will
bring it to their attention.)
