SACMARC Mailing List Now Moderated

In response to the problems with "SPAM" (i.e., unsolicited E-mail
messages) to the SACMARC mailing list, the list has been reconfigured to
be moderated. What this means is that I must personally approve each
E-mail with a password that only the Novia administrators and I know.
This was necessary because some senders were using various tricks in
forging mail headers to break through the list despite the
subscriber-only protections.

In practice, moderation will be very light, and I will pass along any
message sent by a subscriber to this list. Please direct any questions
about the SACMARC mailing list to me.
