Michael is a retired USAF Master Sergeant who knows Roy Gertig, N0RG,
personally, and heard about our efforts in recovering K0AIR. He lives
very near Middletown, PA, the site of the former Olmstead AFB (so he's
probably the closest thing to a base legacy, anyway).
